See they are recruiting on Climbto350 -

They say 750TT/100ME but will reduce mins if there is jet or airline training. Any idea if the 750TT is their reduced min or if they'd go below that with a Jet Transition course?

Opinions on GoJet aside, can someone at GoJet articulate what they've seen? Thanks!

Doesn't GoJets require 4000 hours for upgrade? For a CFI with less than 750 hours he'll be facing a 5 year upgrade no matter where he goes.

4500 hours fixed wing time or 3500 hours fixed wing time of which 1000 hours is at GJ.

4,500 total, reduceable 1-for-1 for 1000 hrs at GoJets. So 3,500 total time as long as you have 1000 hrs at GoJets. It's not bad, from 750 to 3,500 you could do under 3 years as long as you fly a lot. In my first 3 years at Pinnacle, I flew nearly 1000 hrs each year before finally getting 75 hr lines.

If Bob is hired at GoJet with 2500 total hours and accumulates 1000 hours within the first twelve months, will Bob have the opportunity to upgrade immediately once hitting the 3500 hour mark?

Bob obviously would then meet the minimum requirements for captain but would GoJet staffing needs along with Bob's one year of seniority be adequate enough for Bob to upgrade?

If so how long would it take to hold a line at STL?
