Endeavor. Go to a wholly owned regional (Endeavor, Envoy, PDT, PSA) airline.

The contract carriers don't have the backing of a major to prop them up when they start shrinking through attrition. It's hitting Republic now, but it won't be long before more independent regionals are asking their mainline carriers for flight reductions because of inability to staff.

I'd expect the trend of mainline and wholly owned regionals taking back flying from contract carriers to grow. You'd be better off at Endeavor when this shakeup and inevitable consolidation occurs.

If your planning on staying forever then go wholly owned. If you want to get hired by a major don't go to a wholly owned.

Wholly owned is the only way to go. Compass, Republic, CommutAir have all requested to have their block hour reduced because they cant staff the flying. Mesa has a shortage of F/As leading to many cancellations and Envoy is having to cover some of the flying...

Skywest has the largest number of regional pilots. I'd say they are too big to fail. If they start struggling to staff, the mainline partners would probably step in and bail them out because they provide so much lift.

Not in the same category.

GoJet and TSA are owned by the sane holding company and only a year ago GoJet was the place to be while TSA was slowly dying. If GoJet crews aren't being treated well now TSA will mostly be soon to follow.

Endeavor as a wholly owned is risky. Ask any former Comair or current Eagle pilot.

A year ago TSA was slowly dying?! In early 2013, TSA added 7 airplanes to the certificate and upgrade times dropped to around a year and a half. Upgrades were that way until the new flying was announced at the end of 2014. Where did you get that perpection?
