Well, here is what the Republic pilots think of someone coming there. They don't sound happy and looks like there is labor strife on the horizon. Probably not a place to go.

Take the airline with the shortest commute otherwise, all things being equal, Endeavor.

Wow, thanks for the great info. It sounds like TSA and Endeavor would be the two places to go all things being even. Republic would offer the best location option, however I'm very concerned about the management/union relationship.

Thanks again

It's scary when their own pilots are saying don't come! I'd go to Endeavor take the extra cash and see how it plays out when the bonuses stop! Besides that good people and for the most part management is good too!

VP of Flight Ops today told the New Hire class that the company expects the upgrade time at 9E to drop to 3-3.5 years for New Hires. He also said that they are 1-3 weeks away from announcing a new deal with Delta for a guaranteed interview. Do whatever makes you happy, just wanted to pass the info along.

I had offers from about 4 different carriers, friends at all of them, and spoke to all of their chief pilots. After a bit of research, I went with TSA, and haven't looked back. It's been great. In my class, were three Express Jet FOs, and a Republic FO all moving over since the upgrade time was going to be years at their companies. TSA has been great, and thought it was one of the best training programs I have seen outside of the military. I highly recommend it.. PM me if you have any questions. I can get you in touch with a few people to ask questions of.. Not just rumors in here..

If the Teamsters wanted RAH pilots to have a new CBA, they would have a new CBA. Maybe they should have another assessment and go golfing in Vegas with Hoffa?
