Not a beard fan by any stretch, but he’s got a point. Once this skinny jean, spike hair, ear bud, peach fuzz generation makes it to that level...change might be on the horizon.

Initially entering this profession I wanted to keep my beard as well however, our current policy says clean shaven and I am always surprised at the number of pilots that shave the first day of the trip, and then never again. If you were to add this with the number of pilots that don't iron their uniform but once a trip I think this type of change could make us all look bad.

If you think this is a "battle," it's clear that you've never seen one.

This is simply more millennial stupidity.

Wasn't it Justin Beiber compared performing on a stage to fighting in combat? I reckon what constitutes a "fight" is a subjective measure.

As for the beard "fight: " what a kind of princesses gets that worked up at not being allowed to look as fabulous as he deserves? Good Lord.

Probably that rising issue at concerts everywhere with fans holding RPG's.

It's getting so one can't swing a dead cat without hitting one.

I like the orange and blue tide pods the best, tangy, yet infused with a sublime hint of cleanliness.

I don't care about growing a beard, I just don't want to shave every day.

JohnBurke 04-21-2018 05:51 PM

Did you have a beard when you were hired, in your interview?

No?

Keep coming to work that way. Problem solved.

Don't want to shave? Don't come to work. Solved.

One of my JO's told me about the condoms today. I told her I'd like to see a millennial snort a condom filled with tide pods.

There is really no excuse for prohibiting well groomed facial hair.
