When you go over to this APC post does the words "year 4" show up underlined as a link?

On my computer they do. I'm trying to figure out if this is malware on my computer, or an advertising service that APC allows on their site.

It's part of APC's advertising.
It attempts to associate topic-relevant ad links with certain key words in a post.
In this case it interpreted "year 4" to be a reference to small children, and linked to an ad for a toy.
If you ignore these links, they won't hurt you. If you click on them, they shouldn't hurt you either, but you might end up buying something...
