Good places to live in/around ATL
 

I'm looking at an ATL base with Delta in the near future. Currently live in NYC.

Where are some good places on or around the ATL metro area to raise family? My kid is almost 2 and my wife is a stay-at-home mom for now... Possibly moving down there soon.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

Buckhead or parts of Brookhaven are nice.
Closer to Hartsfield, Peachtree City is called the "Delta Pilot Ghetto" - nice area, and popular with pilots.

Sharpsburg/Coweta Co, SW of Peachtree City.

I think Buckhead is for the single folks.
