“The northeast and Florida are the worst. Especially Florida” is true statement about so many things.

Neither? I think you are getting correlation confused with causation.

I believe there are MANY other factors at play. Greater density of air travel, greater density of jack offs on the ground. Jeez, for all we know it could be all the 135 and air ambulance drivers up there. You realize 121.5 isn’t only accessible by airlines, right? Or even AIRPLANES for that matter.

It would be great if people who made cat noises could be found out, terminated and not allowed back. That could keep the hiring wave going!

Realistically it probably wouldn’t though, because I have a hard time believing there are numerous legitimate pilots who think it’s funny. It’s more likely the same tools over and over again. I think they’re more likely to be flight students or low timers with a PPL than regional pilots.

There aren’t that many RJ’s operating in Florida, relative to the amount of airline traffic. There are lots of LCC 320’s and 737’s. There are lots of flight schools also.

The PSA guys and to some extent PDT guys were the worst on radio etiquette. They would often play music over the ramp freqs in CLT which basically shut it down. Super mature folks there.
