Default Bose Headset and fake offer from PayPal

Everyone talk so good about the Bose A20 headset, so I decided to go ahead and bought one. I applied for the 9 months no interest easy payments offer. At the end of the check out process, I didn’t get the message showing I was approved or declined just simply Thank you for your purchase.
I checked my PayPal account and realized I got 6 months no interest. I called PayPal and asked them what happened and they told me I have to contact Bose for this matter because it’s Bose offers the deal. I called Bose and they told me it’s PayPal doing the finance they have nothing to do with it. Worst yet Bose representative told me if I am not happy, I can just refund the product. What a customer service, not willing to help. Then I called PayPal again, the second time they said they never offered the 9 months no interest payments deal. They said maybe Bose doing this to attract customers to buy the products. That is so misleading. I will never buy from Bose again. I know they are good but the way they do business is so bad and misleading. Good luck to you.

It’s only $55 a month difference, and it’s still zero percent. I’m going to go out on a limb and say your reading comprehension of the deal offered is the item in question here.

Bose customer service is top notch. I've had repairs completed outside the warranty period multiple times at no charge. Even shipped it back free.
