Default in search of headset recs +for jets

My Telex Airman is toast, so I'm looking for a new headset. For use in widebody jets.

What headsets are some of you using that you like?

I've seen Bose's $1,000 set, but I will not pay that much unless it's that much better than anything else.

Suggestions are welcome and appreciated.

I just got mine a few weeks ago, and I love it.

Thanks for the replies.

Do these small, in your ear types work as good as those bigger Bose and Sennheisers? If so, I'm wondering why anyone would ever buy a Bose or Senn if you can save 50% and have a small stick- in- your- ear headset?

I use the foam ear plug for the headset and a regular yellow EAR ear plug for the other ear passing through 10,000. I usually take it out at cruise when the indicated is lower.
