9hr commute to Memphis versus 3.5 hr commute. Wasn't bad when I was a senior FO and did 1 long intl trip each month, often with front and rear end DHs. But now that I'm a bottem feeder left seater......I want to be able to watch my 3 yr old grow up, plus only 4 hrs from my folks and 4 hrs from Lane Stadium, Blacksburg, VA!

Understandable! Anything to make life more enjoyable. that move sounds like a no brainer, and seems like you have a lot of great things going for you. Congrats on the upgrade (whenever it happened).

And sorry for the spelling error. should have reread that one i guess. Imagine that, even I'm not perfect.
