whatever your emotions think it is, the person did not condone the activities you described.

Crux of the matter.

Nice to think that the US will have plenty of oil for domestic consumption if the balloon goes up.
We will, but as noted above, prices will skyrocket (unless we stop exports and fix prices). The ensuing global economic disruption will circle back around to us in any case.

After covid and some US elections, I never thought I'd see a topic so hot to handle no one will touch it with "hot takes" on APC.

It's a self closing thread. Remarkable.

It's not too hot to handle. It's playing out in real time. On every station.

Some of us are going there. Some of us are there. Pick a side, take a seat, watch.

Binary thinking.

(I've no solutions)

Good hunting, I suppose.

The WFB purge of the Burke Society was a mistake, IMHO.

Are you referring to the Buckley efforts against the John Birch society, by chance?

The birchers were fruitcakes, advance of q-anon today. Conspiracy idiots. My father was a hard-core John Bircher.

If that's your reference, just another case of republicans eating their own. The show does tend to attract the lower intellect.

Americans need to stand up and voice support for Israel. We cannot let Islamic Terrorists overtake the planet again. America dumped trillions of dollars into the decades long Global War on Terrorism, and we need to protect that investment. Islamic jihad is like a snake with many heads.

LOL. My mistake.

WFB really knew how to create an spell and wrap a certain type of audience around his finger. Pseudo-intellectualism for the masses, the Jordan Peterson of his day. Lucrative as well.

The whole WFB v Gore Vidal as a foil was most entertaining at the time. Ancient history now though.

You fancy yourself an intellectual, but it's clear that you don't have a god damn notion of whence you speak.

Perhaps you watch too many movies.
