Default Phone that runs APDL

Just curious if anyone knows of cingular phones that can run the daily logbook. If not then I'm going to have to get a PDA. Not for that program only but there are so many things I try to keep track of that life will just be easier. My old one broke and before I purchase another one I was wondering if there was just a phone I could run it on.

I use the Treo 700wx (Windows version) with Sprint with APDL. The Palm version is also able to run APDL.

Basically, you have to have a phone that is able to use a stylus for interaction as opposed to a "scrolling button" such as the Motorola Q, Blackjack, etc.
