I absolutely understand your comment...but you are wrong about the Scotch and Sirloin. Think of a higher class Hooters (but instead of shorts and tank tops, the waitresses wear very low cut, black dresses which are a little on the short side), combined with Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, or Capital Grill (or any other high end Steak place). The waitresses I have seen have been very pretty and fill out the uniform well - and the food is great too.

And, Kansas is not my sole point of reference - Miami, LA, NY and Chicago are frequent destinations for me - andthe Scotch and Sirloin rank right up there with the great places in these bigger, nicer cities.

As long as I have some good spirits, bread, cheese, friends, and an airplane or two I'm quite happy. The rest can be mail ordered.

If I ever see a Scotch and Sirloin I'll check it out. The Pepermill in Reno used to have a great hostess/waitress hiring policy. Except last time I was there I was not impressed. Must have been an off night.

On that topic. I'll bet the Virgin America FAs will be hot.

Problem is this - Scotch and Sirloin isn't a chain...the one and only is in Wichita. Anyone who flies should at least go to Wichita once though, just for the history. My dream is to take a pristine Staggerwing to the Beech factory, or a polished 195 to Cessna.
