Default Are there any classic muscle car fans here?

I have been toying with the idea of creating a website for classic car guys and after years of procrastinating I finally did it!

It is still in it's crude stages and I have 1 member, but I'm optimistic

I'm pretty big into cars. But there's plenty of other car forums already established and with a TON of members.

Hi!

I have a 69 Mustang fastback with a 428 cobrajet that I use to drag race in the early 90's.

umm, if you're a man, you like muscle cars. Some just like them more than others.

I definitely appreciate classic cars... my first car was a 1968 Mustang. I loved that thing!

HUGE Muscle Car fan here. Had a 70 'M' Code Mach 1. That car was nice. Now I am running a 92 5.0 Coupe that I drive to and from the track and run 10.74's with.....all motor (360 cubic inch). Not a Classic muscle car yet, but it will be some day.

Here is a link to me running on a test n tune day. Just sorting things out and doing some tune up runs.

I LOVE the 69 and 70 Mach 1's and will buy a 70 SCJ Mach when I retire from the military and my kids are out of the house. That will be a glorious day!

Hi 9999, 10.74's fast!

My best was 12.19 at 114MPH. It has a C6 automatic with a 3000RPM torque converter, 10 inch slicks, headers, trans cooler, detroit locker with 4:33 gears and a real nice sounding cam. It was a daily driver in my high school days, now it just sits in the garage.

Yeah i'm more of a modern muscle car type. I've had several late model mustangs, cobras, and lightnings. My fastest and my money pit was a '97 Cobra that ran a 10.8. I sold it because it was costing way too much money and things were breaking way too often...
