haha thats great, here in Ohio you have to get the solid yellow license plates so everybody knows, anywhere else like that?

In MN you get a white plate that starts with W. Thety call em the whiskey plates. Scary how often you see them to.

I don't know if it's just me but I've been seeing more "whisky" plates every day around the Twin Cites.
I think they're mainly for second or third offences.

Its the new trend around Minneapolis lol, cant believe how many I've seen lately!

Reminds me of my days on campus. Anytime you saw someone riding a scooter, it was a DUI-mobile since most at that time weren't exactly trying to save gas money(You know, when gas was actually about $1.50 at the most!!!)
