Thanks for the kind words, the chalk didn't quite capture the detail in the reflections. I took the photo in Narita in Dec., the sun was setting behind the motor and casting some amazing reflections from behind the fan. Here's what the photo looked like:

I like it too. Your pastel seems to make use of color photography, which is a favorite activity of mine. I never thought to take it and do it in pastel colors. Very nice! Another point is that aircraft make interesting subjects. They have a lot of curvature, they reflect light well, and cast nice shadows.
