The RNZAF are great with their 757s, it's amazing what's possible with only a couple of crew on board. Too bad it's the only remaining jet aircraft in the fleet after they axed the A4 Skyhawks in 2001

Yeah - I stood directly under a KLM 747 landing at St. Maarten, and managed to avoid the vortices because they settled to the beach on either side. They sounded like crinkly paper being ripped.

I was at that airshow!
