Default Superbowl XLII

So whaddya think about it?

Personally, I think it's very funny. I'm still waiting to see the results of the real game

Seriously, though, I think it was an overall unexciting game (until the last 8 minutes). At least they only had to buy one set of confetti

I really liked the part where Belicheat hit the showers before the game ended. Classy move, and unfortunately not entirely unexpected.

GO BIG BLUE!!!!!!!!!!!! Eli needed to get out of the shadow of Dad and Payton! Great game, either way.

I was more interested in the commercials but the game grew on me as it progressed. I have to agree with Planespotta, the last 8 minutes were crazy!

Seeing how I missed it in it's entirerity, since I was out flying, but once I got home and heard the news I was very happy. Hey, if my Manning can't get it, at least his brother can!! I didn't get to see any footage yet either, but I'm sure I will when i get home tonight.

Either way it was going to be a great game. You had the possibility of seeing the second perfect season or the Giants putting up the best "Spoiler" of the year.

Personally - I'm happy at the outcome. It serves the Patriots right for the early season cheating and their arrogance for the entire season. Maybe next year, I can enjoy watching Brady and company but I couldn't stomach them this year.

Kudo's to Eli for stepping out of his brother's and father's shadow....job well done! Let's not forget to say "WAY TO GO GIANTS DEFENSE!!!"

The only reason I wanted the Pats was to SHUT THE 72 DOLPHINS UP!!!!

Esp Mercury Morris. They were on ESPN before the trophy was even awarded.

Man they are annoying.

Hopefully Eli can lose that "Someone took my lunch money look now."

I joined the '72 Dolphins in popping the champange corks last night. I glad the Patriots went down in flames. 18-1........

As much as I wanted the Giants to win, and as much as I thought the Pats were/are full of themselves and their dynasty, I was impressed with what little I saw of the press coverage today. Pats coach (however you spell it) and all the star players were actually gracious and giving a lot of good words to the Giants. It was not what I expected to hear from them. I am still glad the Giants won though...
