Engineering tests pilots do these shapes to make icing certification a little more interesting and challenging. There is one from the new Gulfstream 650 on flightaware, as well one for the Citation Ten. Those ones I know of but I am sure there are lots.

No there's not. Hasn't been built yet.

But with the way those Gulfstream guys like to one up, I'll bet when they get to that stage they'll come up with something cooler.

Thanks for the insight. I was thinking these were just pilots with free time and extra money for fuel just screwing around.
