Talk to your academic/tuition advisor. Some schools offer an exchange program where you can pay in-state tuition at an out of state university as long as you're currently enrolled in their school.
They have a program like this in the western states called the WUE program (Western University Exchange) or something like that. It wouldn't hurt to ask if there's one in your area of the country and find out what colleges participate.
