Transformers was one of the better movies with the Air Force in it. They had the predator (although one with a turbojet, haha, actually that is the Predator B 002, only 2 have been built, only a prototype) and there was also air force one, MH-53s, F-22's, AC130, E3, A10's, help me if i'm forgetting something.
And then there's Mad Max that had the PL-12 Airtruk, goofy looking thing

I was sad to see the C-17 blown up... It's been a while sense I've see that flick, but I'm pretty sure the AF-One goes from being a 747 to a 707 on the ground...
Predator B model- http://www.ga.com/news.php?subaction..._from=&ucat=1&
There are more then 1 b models...

As far as the 707, i know they used kennedy's old air force 1 which is at the boneyard at davis monthan for parts of the shot. Continuity errors, thinking people wouldnt ever notice

The A-10 scene in Transformers was definitely far from authentic, but entertaining none the less.
Maybe the film makers of that movie decided that the audience wouldn't be able to understand why you would be seeing the A-10 fire the GAU before you hear it (from the soliders perspective).
Not to mention, movie-goers apparently need to be able to hear each individual round being fired, unlike the BVVVVVVvvvvvvraaat you would actually hear.
Here is the A-10 scene from Transformers:

And a real A-10 firing the GAU-8:

Man, what a sound!!

The Great Waldo Pepper was on this weekend on one of my more obscure HBO channels. I loved that movie. Frank Price's low altitude spinse in his Bucker make me nervous, even though I know he will pull out.

Nice snappy roll out of a F/A-18 in the movie 'Clear and Present Danger'. That was actually filmed using an airplane out of my current squadron. Those shots were taken during a CQ det.
