TSA's new screening policy on Sept. 11.
"While screeners won't be subjected to searches, airline pilots will still have to go through security screening checkpoints. "
source: 9NEWS.com | Colorado's Online News Leader | Airport screeners bypassing security sidenote: "It cost $12 million to outfit the TSA's 43,000 employees with the new uniforms and badges." |
I like the quote, " They're security professionals, they deserve to be treated that way."

Sounds like something Bill O'Reilly ought to get ahold of and bring out a few of the comments in that story - especially related to the quote above and the assertation that they should use their resources where the threat is - - -the aircrew included? With TSA agents having brought drugs, cash, and weapon on board within the last year - how many pilots have done the same?
Sounds like something the unions should make public and raise heck with the public! USMCFLYR |
Wow, Carrie Harmon, you are an absolute idiot and a disgrace!

Unless you're flying armed, every other LEGITIMATE federal law enforcement officer has to go through security. Even if you have your credentials, you still have to go through security. This policy is a farce.
Badges setting off metal detectors. What a sorry and pitiful justification. |
The TSA screeners are pieces of trash and should be treated as such.
Zero respect should be given to them. Yet another reason to be an FFDO. |
