What would happen if the record player was spinning counter-clockwise at, say 750 RPM, and the blades were spinning clockwise at 750 RPM?

Only if the attached amplifier "goes to 11" will the helicopter take off.

However, in all seriousness, yes. It will take off. Then it will crash. That is what helicopters do.
