I love watching the transition of flight. Like when an airline retracts the gear... It's cool to see them from a ground beast to a flying beauty.

A more appropriate question would be what's not to like :D

When youre there, your flying. End of story.

For me, my favorite thing would be the view. As an example, yesterday morning. It's cold, it's 4:30am, its snowing like mad, and I didn't get good sleep the night before. We arrived at the gate (no gate agents to be seen), she arrives (grumpy), takes 20-min to get the jetway pulled up. To make a long story short, it was a miracle we got out there, the gods were against us, and we all were in a bad mood. A little into the flight, the sun starts to come up over the horizon (crazy colors, it was gorgeous), all was forgotten at that moment...
