Default Pilot Attire and Bumps...?

Okay, two things relating to the video below, since when do pilots dress casual?? Does anyone have any idea why this landing gets so rough AFTER touch down and reversers are on?

The approach seems smooth and coordinated with no apparent crosswind.

You can tell it is not just the camera shaking because you can see the people actually moving in their seats and you can hear the pilot groan...

Any one have suggestions?

Okay - apologies - I read the comments on the video and it turns out that it was a delivery flight and apparently the runway pavement is "bad."

This is still peculiar to me though that an airline employee while "on the job" can dress down like that, and that the runway at Frankfurt would be that poor...

Probably management pilots for a delivery flight. I've known customers who said they didn't want their pilots in 'pilot uniforms'. Didn't have to tell me twice.
