I worked at the Chicken- interviewed with the late Don Ganter-owner. He had a habit of interviewing you with a gun out on his desk, he didn't like college student's stealing from him. Oil field rednecks and A&M students made for some interesting Thursday nights.

I remember coming in badly hungover one Sunday to clean up and get ready- they had just fed the rattlesnakes and one mouse was not giving up- almost lost it right there!

Good burgers and food tho'.

I live right off Cheyenne. Gotta check this out when I get home.

If you come to California, specifically the LA and/or Ventura Counties, you should try Baja Fresh burritoes. They are great!

If you are in the Ventura, CA area, you should try Evitas or Corrales. The bEST!

Santanas in Twenty Nine Palms CA or Eribertos in Oceanside CA. Both make a pretty darn good California carne asada.

For anyone who overnights in Eugene Oregon, a local chain called Burrito Boy. If I went to long without an Eugene overnight I would almost jump out of the van as we passed it on the ride to the hotel.

Google Earth is the best. It is called El Taco Mexican Food, in the shopping center behind the McDonalds. Shredded beef enchilada style was what I used to get, they also have pickled peppers, carrots, and other veggies to munch on.

Let me know if it is still good! Used to eat there a lot when I was working at West Air (when they were in the Cheyenne Air Center 10 years ago).

Baja Fresh is good too for the fast food type (there's one inside Texas Station).

Where at?

I think we should all start adding the type of burrito (or specialty), as well as the name of the place. ;)
