yes, that was totally a sideways landing, wonder why the landing gear didn't buckle and collapse with all that sideload?

That's the first slow-mo landing I've ever seen... Pretty dang cool. I only wish he had caught the rudder so as we could see what inputs were being made.

Didn't look like any side load at all to me. In fact it looked like a text book crosswind landing..

must be fun when you can see the runway out the side window
