I don't know the year of the plane but I remember flying an Argentenian Airlines B707 in 1997 with 68,000 hours on it. It was finally retired with wing spar cracks a couple years later. I don't know if that is a lot of hours for an airliner but it scared the hell out of me especially since we were bouncing it 50-75 times a day.

Spent two years flying 50's era Beavers on floats. Work HORSE! That they were on floats was icing on the cake.

on my second flight, I booked a 1958 Cessna 150. Got to the runway and realized being 6' 5'' was a little to much to ask from the 150. So the next day I took a mid 80s 172 and all was fine.

EDIT: I guess that means I didn't actually fly it....haha. So then oldest I have flown is the mid eighties 172. I saw a Cub at the airport a few times and I am wondering how much I would have to pay the owner to let me have a go in it

1927 Travel Air 2000 and a 1927 Waco 10 - both powered by a Curtiss Ox-5's of dubious horsepower and reliability. Loved them both.
