Hello all! I've been on here a long time but haven't posted yet. Here is dilemma, i guess not a bad one considering I have "possible" options.
If you had the opportunity to go to eagle, skywest, or pinnacle what would you choose and why? I have opportunities at all, with an interview at one already. I'm hoping the others follow suit soon. key word, hoping.
Now, I know the advice that go somewhere where you don't have to commute. For me that is any of them, as I'm able to move. In my opinion the best advice I've gotten is go to a company that you can stand, because who knows how long the upgrades will be in this industry.
Thanks for any advice

Tough call, those are all good companies to work for and since you are willing to move that makes it even harder.
Is there a particular type of flying you would like to get into? Eagle ATR turboprops island hopping through the Caribbean? Skywest west coast lifestyle? Winter sports in MSP/DTW with Pinnacle?
The majority of the regionals offer roughly the same path at this point. Gone are the days of the super fast upgrades at XYZ carrier, or decade long upgrades at Eagle.
But as someone else said, go through the interviews and see which ones hire you. Also take the interview as a way to gauge how you would like being a part of that company. Get a feel for the corporate culture, ask questions in the interview, etc. Good luck!

Since you are willing to move to your base you may want to consider to go to one that has a base in a city that you would still be willing to live in if you got displaced or the company closed that base. Moving every few years gets old fast.
