I'm being told I could be fired during my 1 year probationary period for just about anything (I don't know if that is true or not and hopefully I won't need to find out), but I think that should she get a lawyer for the next go-around in court then we might see a very different outcome. She might not even have to put a spell on those power-balls to hit her payday!

And it sheds light on work life at the TSA, where the 40,000-plus public employees who keep bad people and bad things off of airplanes have started voting this month on whether to join a union.
I can only hope that airports will start using the opt-out option and boot this worthless agency to the curb.

The agency (FAA) fired quite a few folks in the ATC field in the recent past, some just days from completing probation.
That's how they showed their "power" over the union. Classy group.

After Obama was voted in, the agency got the controller's contract fixed. And, in general, there's less animosity between the work force and the management workforce.
Glad I'm not part of it anymore. Kinda sick some of the stuff the agency did, just because they could.
