How long to count to One Million?
Well, if you're counting APC forum posts, it looks like it takes about 6 years!
At the current posting rate, my guess is that we'll hit our 1,000,000th post around July 7th. I'm in awe of the talent an contribution I've seen on the site since we launched in 2005 - thanks for making APC a special place for pilots as we approach this milestone.

I was at the Sprint store today asking if they could look at my 2 year old Palm Pre after it's been dropped on the concrete several times when the young salesmen ended up selling me a new phone instead. They said that I'm an "oldtimer" who was using obsolete technology. Well, I happen to like that old Palm, but looks like I'll have to get used to touchscreen and other kinds of gee whiz things. They even set the phone up so I can get these things they kept calling "apps" apparently for free. I cannot imagine what use I have for apps and how it will make my life any better than APC.
