what the hell is wrong with people ?

What's the deal with people being uncivil during the holiday season and especially while they are shopping ?
Every year it just keeps getting a little bit worse .

Email was sent and I even talked to someone from India who had no clue as to what I was talking about. What irritated me was the fact they changed my seat without even the courtesy of asking.
