Default Starting an aviation company

I've been thinking for a while of starting a company that does aircraft ferrying, just GA airplanes for right now. I have tail wheel time, and in a variety of other aircraft, also having accomplished a previous coast to coast ferry. I know I have to get some sort of insurance, but what else should I think about to get this off the ground?

It's such a soft market right now for people buying/selling aircraft. Are you A&p? Goto the bank take out a 10k business loan get insurance a attorney to start the Corp. And get liability forms. Go get insurance on you. You'll need a good accountant, a web designer, and a lot of advertising.... Then when the company is built up you'll notice guys doing it under the table, or free and it will make you wonder why did I even do this?
