Default FedEx Pilots: What Is This?

Mods: Sorry if this isn't the place for this, but I was hoping to get some views before it gets moved to Hangar Talk.

I found this at an antique store in MEM. The owner said it belonged to a FedEx pilot who sold it because he was moving. Does anyone have any info about it? Supposedly it's a Concorde. It's an overhead lamp, although I didn't get a picture of the ceiling mount. If it was yours, would love to know where you came across it. It has a nice home now.

Looks like the Soviet Concordesky (their imitation) given the stars, or an implement from a Ukrainian gynecologist's office in the late '50s.

Drone?

They're freely available over here in the UK in both Concordski and Concorde variants. My son had one but we took it down as the light it gave out was poor and no real suitable lamp upgrade.

727 replacement. Don't worry, it'll go real senior.

Thanks for the info guys!

Finally got this put up. 9 foot ceilings expected, 10 and clear in the living room.

That is an example of to much free time and disposable income.

Well, you may be right about that, hoss. Can't say I'm complaining, though.

I have to admit that it's cool in a 1960's art deco kind of way....

If the price was right I'd probably have to snag it for my man cave if I were to come across it.
