The aircraft that remain aboard, will they be flown off or hoisted off?

They will more than likely be drawn off through the motive flow of P3 pilot Shooters getting the hell off of the ship.

If they can be fixed onboard and if Big E does flight ops again it will be easier to fly them off. From what I remember of the Naval station. I'm not sure if they could hoist them off and then truck them to the runway without dis-assembly?

I'm not sure if they'll bother to man up for flight ups again though.

Any idea as to what they plan to do with her ?
Too bad they did'nt follow through with the original plan of 5 additional carriers of her class .

3 year process to "de-fuel", then 90 tons of scrap to be sold.
