Question here for ya chief. Did you actually read the first post? The part where I said "back in the day". I didn't mean yesterday.

For a classy gent, you sure skip over the details. But hey, if you're trying to score with the 76er, good on ya bro!

Read past your first post, Jed. It appears thr cockpit trasure hunt continues to baffle, dismay, bother, and offend both sides of the fence.

In some 35 plus years, I've seen many changes in the way crews interact with one another. What a shame.

Although, during the past 22 years as an expat the interaction has not. Every time I come home, it's like being transported to another planet. Pilots are still pilots, and cabin crew are still cabin crew.

In my years overseas, I not observed abrasive issues or battle of the sexes in the cockpit, or in the passenger cabin. Not everyone may get along off the property. However most on both sides of the cockpit door have the maturity to leave those issues where they belong... off the property.

Poor? I have worked very hard to never have to grow up! And it's working great!

This. :)

Life's too short to take yourself too seriously.

Yea Cap, I believe you're right there. Don't know what made me think of that today. Just some random memory of the few funny things we used to do in the shiny turbo-prop days.

I'm just thankful that we still live in a country where our freedom of speech/expression can still offend some idiot.

Don't know for how much longer tho

This can not be emphasized enough!

I guess you wouldn't be offended if someone left gay porn or nude male pictures around the cockpit, right?

Just what the $%& does the wife and kids have to do with cockpit porn?! Let's not compare leaving porn around the house with leaving porn for your fellow brothers to find. Gimme a friggin' break and knock off the PC sensitivity schit. If you can't handle being in a "boys club" type of profession (which I know you're not actually in but for some reason you're on this forum) then get the hell out of the kitchen. Some things come with the territory.

As for finding gay porn in the cockpit, who cares?! It'd probably be funny if I ever found it. I remember jumpseating years ago on a Trans States EMB-145. The gear barely came up before the F/O (female) pulled out her PlayGIRL and a pair of scissors and started cutting and placing porn in the nooks and crannies. Both the Cptn and I thought it was hilarious.

Like someone wrote previously......the only thing that offends me is people that get offended easily. I'll bet you'd be the kind that builds a house by the airport and then demands that it be shut down because of noise. What a crock of schit!!!!

You know, my grandmother always told me that "simple things bother simple minds".

I think she was onto something there.

My screen name has nothing to do with any sexual connotation.
