I'm guessing money is not an issue at this company and they are in some type of monopoly kind of business. Oil or chemicals probably.
I have a suspicion that a 3rd pilot was not needed until she showed up. She's probably just a bench warmer, but that would still be a hell of a shortcut.
btw: I'm not a fan of her showboating, but that is pretty impressive for someone with 250 hours to be able to get a type in that.
