Default Everything Explained Now an iPad App!!

Richie Lengel’s book Everything Explained for the Professional Pilot (9th Edition) is now an iPad app!

Same price as the paper book, now iPad portable and easily searchable as well. I know he’s been working on it a long time, and it’s finally come to fruition! SO glad I can now have this incredibly valuable resource with me everywhere without having to tote the actual book around.

Details on his website and it's in the app store.

Thanks, Richie!

+1 that's a great book thanks for posting I've been wondering if it would ever come out on iPad.

Nothing seen in the android store... What's his website? A quick search for the book didn't produce it

Thx.

I have it hard-copy - one of the first 'professional' books I got as I was getting ready to get out of the USAF.

Wish it was available in plain PDF too...

Me too. As a newly retired military pilot, this book was indispensable in understanding the utter mess that the FARs are.

It's iPad only, no Android app as far as I know. He wouldn't do a PDF because he wouldn't be able to control distribution. He knew it'd get copied and spread far and wide. That's why he took so long to come out with this. Can't blame the man for not wanting to have food taken off his table by copyright thieves...

His website and his personal e-mail are in the first few pages of the book.

I get that.

Just that it'd be nice...to have a validated PDF file...or at least an android version I could read on chrome (when I'm not on my tablet) because I refuse to succumb to the iCult.

Glad one of my 'little plane' friends turned me on to it a few years before retirement.
