Default International Airspace Fix Database

Does anyone know of a website that has an international airspace fix database (not just FAA)?

Thanks

I just tried searching a fix I know of off Korea on SkyVector and it popped up. (Sapra)
I also tried it on AirNavs 'Airspace Fix' search and it did not work.
Depending on where you are searching, you may have better luck.
