Interesting how passive a gate-full of passengers were during the lead up to this assault. I've heard many pilots suggest that passengers could be relied on as an asset in the event of misconduct, this video should make everyone re-think that assumption. You're on your own.

Second observation: No matter how mad a stupid drunk makes you, I'm not sure that anything good can happen by saying "we don't have to step outside, I'm right here" while you're on duty and in uniform.

This pilot did not handle himself well at all. If he is not capable of handling this scenario in a more professional manner, then at the very least he could have the smarts to put up his guard when approached by a drunk guy wanting to fist fight. He basically just stood there and let this guy slap him like a child!! He didn't even defend himself and if the other pilot hadn't intervened, I'm sure the situation would have become more violent.

Default Pilots (SWA?) take down drunk at BWI

I'm in an FBO so I can't turn up the volume enough to understand much of the ranting and raving, aside from the expletives.

Looks more like IAD, and I don't think he is SWA.
