Default Bodies...The Exhibition

"Through the sensitive presentation of actual whole-body specimens and individual organs, this awe-inspiring exhibition will reveal how your body works by exploring it from the inside-out."

"Both fascinating and beautiful, this eye-opening exhibition is an unforgettable
experience for inquisitive minds of all ages.
Bodies... The Exhibition will change the way you view yourself forever."

I'm trying to go to the NYC exhibition as soon as I can find a friend willing to go. Looks like a great educational experience.

(all the bodies are real)

It is just finishing up here in St. Paul, MN and it is a must see for everyone. I can not express how interesting the exhibit here was.

I went to one in Boston called Body Worlds, it sounds like and looks like the samething, it might have just been a different name. It was a really great exhibition.

We all had a good time there, you should like it.

From their FAQ:
BODIES... The Exhibition is organized by Atlanta-based Premier Exhibitions Inc. Premier Exhibitions, Inc. is not affiliated with any other organizer of human anatomy exhibitions, including Gunther von Hagens, Gerhard Pemer, or Genlife Biomedical. BODIES... The Exhibition should not be confused with "Body Worlds," "Body Exploration," "The Universe Within," "Bodies Revealed," or any other human anatomy exhibition.
It looks very interesting.

Yea Body Worlds was by Gunther von Hagens, so it is not the same exhibit, but a similair one. Either way it should be good.

The Body Worlds one did, it seperated each layer of fat from a guy. Really makes you think about getting into shape or staying in shape.

Bodies is being exhibited in Seattle and it's been a great hit. The bodies are unclaimed from a morgue in China. Most fascinating is the way body fluids are removed and replaced with silicone. All in all, a very educational exhibit, if not a bit macabre.
