This is absolutely astonishing. The attention to detail and dedication to such a tedious project is incredible.

Certainly he has figured out how best to work with such a building material on such a small scale, but I can't imagine just how difficult it must be to attain such consistency in production of duplicate parts.

This is incredible...... working thrust reversers and prototypical working door latches and hatches....made from FREAKING MANILA FOLDERS.

Seriously you've GOT to admire this dudes patience and skill.

You would've thought after the 787 debacle, Boeing would've backed off composite materials. Looks like their pushing the envelope once again.

I was worried for awhile that Boeing was going to fold.
