Kate Upton, Zero Gravity Corporation, and SI
NASA used to operate a pair of KC-135s for parabolic-arc "zero-g" training at Ellington Field. Popularly dubbed "The Vomit Comet," the aircraft were retired in 2000 and 2004.
Zero Gravity Corporation now does similar flying, for contract NASA work, and well-heeled individuals who wish to experience "weightlessness" using their modified B-727-227. Many famous luminaries, including Steven Hawking, Burt Rutan, and Buzz Aldrin, have paid the fee to float so free.

On the news this morning, I saw a report that Sports Illustrated had recently completed a photo-shoot of Kate Upton defying gravity on 17 different zero-g arcs.

(If I knew Kate was behind the cockpit door, I'd have a difficult time waiting for the secondary barrier).

They try to minimize fore/aft accelerations with power/drag during the parabola, so people don't zoom to the front or back.
I would have guessed a mod to the CSDs too, lest the generators trip off, but they don't list that.
