Repeat as necessary, until you get to go home, and then, finally, take a dump.
If you don't change your diet, you're going to have some serious hemorrhoids! :D

Between negotiating the paparazzi and dateing various Victorias Secret models I occasionally fly a jet from city to city.

currently... 3am wake up. Make coffee, take a dump, shower, drink coffee eat breakfast, drive to airport, gas the plane, take a dump. Wheels up 5am, down by 7. Sleep. Wake up at 3 get food and coffee, take a dump, get back in plane, wheels up at 6pm land by 8. Go home eat, dump, shower, sleep, repeat.

It's not my diet, I live by the three rules for being a Captain:

1. Never trust a fart.

2. Never walk by a men's room.

At your age, I'm inclined to believe all those dumps may not be happening :D I'm just joking with you man. Segue into an old joke, and it's "back in the day" for full effect.

A good trip to an FE is getting a hamburger, hoping to hook up with one of the cabin crew.

A good trip to an FO is getting a steak, hoping to hook up with two of the cabin crew.

A good trip to a CA is getting a filet mignon, and hoping he has a bowel movement.
