Agreed. Although I would contend that President Obama has achieved more of the strategic goals that were set by his administration than his predecessor.

No one seems able to decide whether Obama's policies are a deliberate effort to diminish American power or the aimless dithering of a man who is incapable of coherent strategic thought. Perhaps Obama was elevated into the presidency by his comrades on the left precisely because this dichotomy allows him to dismantle and destroy American cohesion while making it look like an accident. With Obama we have a man of such flaccid character that his opponents can't manage to find a solid enough surface upon which to land a blow.
