In a way yes. I was not familiar with CAPT under ERAU's flag, but now it is run by FTS out of X47. Satsair uses them for training its pilots. From what I have heard though, some at Sats are not happy with what CAPT has taught.

The bennies are a work in progress. The medical is pretty expensive for families. As the company grows they will be getting better deals from the insurance companies. Discounts on renting the aircraft for personal use. Flexible scheduling. Fixed days off every week per month. They are working on a 401K, travel benefits, and retirement. However another person in upper management said there would be no retirement, so I don't know on that one. If they do what the rest of the industry is doing, then no. But, on the other hand, so far this company hasn't done much that the rest of the industry is doing. Seems to be working.
They sign you up for Hertz Gold, Marriott, and Hilton points programs, and you get to use the points for yourself. That's all the comes to mind at the moment.
