I realize this is the Hangar Talk forum, but do we really need to keep bringing this up? This guy is a pilot. He's one of our own. He and his family were dragged through the Air Force court system as well as the court of public opinion. His case was heard, and ultimately, the convening authority dropped all charges. Whether you agree with that decision or not, really doesn't matter. Let the man move on with his life.

Good point, but it is also important for each of us to understand exactly what we are up against.
The individual deserves to be left alone, the actions of those responsible for this farce should be exposed at every opportunity.
There are plenty of equally bogus projects going on right now of far greater import, they should also get our full attention on a daily basis.
