Default "N" Gauge Rail Set Up

A friend of mine's husband died recently, and left a museum worthy set up. She would like to keep it together. Anybody have any ideas on disposition?

Twin City Model Railroad Museum at Bandana Square, Saint Paul, MN

They have a great setup, might be worth a call.

Duncanville Texas, his former Co. due to his long time service said they would cover packing it up. (Wow, not many places like that anymore.)
