I'm on a windows PC and tried viewing my schedule on both Firefox version 38.0.1 and on internet explorer version 11.

I keep getting "Browser version/type is incompatible with this image information"

Is there another browser or way to fix this? How about also for an android phone?

You could try Dolphin Browser on the android phone and Chrome on both computer and phone.
