Or if he would have simply contacted the company enroute, fessed up, and had German authorities meet them when they arrived. With his credentials and status, it probably would be different.

I guess Mr. Genuis FFDO "forgot" he's not supposed to take his piece international. Where do we get such men?

From same Mr Genius Factory that produces two guys that forget to change to the Departure or Center Freq that results in Radio Calls on GUARD from other Flts....lol

This makes me feel grateful that I've never made a poor decision, forgot something or done anything that might be considered stupid... "What was the name of that school Mav, Truckmaster was it?"

Don't think it mentioned that he had his "piece" on him.

The mistake is easy enough to understand. But it doesn't matter what the actual mistake was in many cases. It's HOW you handle it afterwards that can make all the difference. Read the FIRST POST.

True and I'm not defending this guy, even though it might have sounded like it. I'm just not going to kick somebody when they're down is all. Maybe cap'em in the head, but not kick them. I'm sure he has enough problems as a result of this already.

Maybe he just needs a session with Cesar Millan, It seemed to work for Eric Cartman.
